Promoting Meal and Workout Plans for Student Athletes Through Social Media

Life of an Athlete staff from the NHIAA looking forward to roll out social media campaign in year two after a successful year one.

“We’ve already had a successful start to their statewide marketing campaign” said Program Director Donna Arias. “LoA has social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube. One of the focuses of the statewide marketing campaign is producing weekly meal plans and work out plans for student athletes.” Many athletes have trouble finding guidance on how to improve their performance. “We are looking to fill that gap by offering weekly guidance for these athletes” said Program Coordinator Dan Serard, “This way, they can get the very best work outs and food to fuel their performance.”
